⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Weaver Reality Group, in my opinion are an exceptionally good group of people that while doing business with them... I have come to consider my friends. I understand business in the sense of people relations, but to go outside of the normal because it is the right thing to do... is the Weaver group. Before buying my 1st property from the Weaver group, I was hooked, so when it came time to purchase again, I had to worries that I would be represented well and all my questions and phone calls will be answered... as if the last 10 calls I just made to them didn't exist. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re buying a house in the Houston (or greater Houston area) you would be mistaken not to use Will as your relator. He is by far and away the most selfless individual I have ever met and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure you find the perfect home, at the perfect price, for your lifestyle. Will and I met through Zillow as my previous relator was not available during the time I wanted to go see a home. Will was willing to go see multiple homes with me that day and has showed the same level of commitment and dedication all throughout the home buying process. At any time of any day will put his life aside to go and see homes with me and did an incredible job at coordinating with listing agents to schedule the home visits. As a single female, I don’t have much of an eye for specifics on like HVAC systems, housing composition things and other stuff that will pointed out at the first sight and was able to teach me things that have helped me in selecting future homes during the process. He also was so so helpful in the development of offers, negotiations, and contract process, as he would stay up into the night just to turn over an offer within 24 hours of us looking at a home. As I said he truly goes above and beyond, we drove MILES upon miles, hours a day sometimes, and multiple days a week to see homes and will always was willing to work with my schedule to make it work and also always had the best attitude. Will is a WEALTH of knowledge and I know for a fact I would not be here today without his guidance and expertise. I would recommend Will with the highest of regards and could not imagine anyone more better to go through my first home buying process with.
